The project was for new construction on the John Hopkins University campus, Chales Village, composed of two student housing buildings connected by a walkway/bridge. The Charles Building is a 110,000 sq/ft, twelve story building and The Paul Building is a 203,000 sq/ft, ten story building. The project aslo included a Bookstore (25,000 sq/ft), Retail Space, Student Dining and Meeting/Specialty Spaces. The project was constructed utilizing a fast track scheduling approach and was completed in the fall of 2006 coinciding with the ning of the school year.
